The following terms and conditions apply to my latest giveaway ending 16th November 2025. The giveaway is a prize draw with one winner selected at random from my mailing list. By signing up you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you have previously signed up to my email newsletter you are automatically entered into the draw and do not need to do anything else.
The winner will receive a signed unframed Artist Proof print of “Brooklyn II” (pictured above).
Only one entry per person will be permitted into the draw; duplicate entries will not be counted. Any individual signing up more than once will be removed from the draw.
The winner of the draw will only be notified via email from my official email address hello@edfairburn.com. Please be aware of and ignore any communication from anyone claiming to be me or claiming to represent me through any other forms of contact.
The winner will be selected at random on 17th November and will be notified on or after this date. The winner will need to reply to the notification email within one week to claim the prize.
The name, delivery address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided and will be shared with the courier to enable fulfilment of the prize. This personal information will only be shared with the courier and will not be made publicly available at any time.
Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, I reserve the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
Prize will be sent internationally from the UK to any delivery address served by DHL Express. For any delivery address which is exceptionally remote or costly to reach, I reserve the right to select at random an alternative winner.
Delivery will be free of charge. Prize will be declared to the courier as “gifts” with minimal monetary value, however recipients will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may arise.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend the draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
